Ethics and Modern Slavery
How we work, who we work with, and our zero-tolerance stance on forced labour.
How we conduct business
Selador Group works honestly and fairly. We are clear about what we offer, price openly, and decline work that would require us to mislead anyone or act against the law.
We respect confidentiality, avoid conflicts of interest, and treat clients, partners, and the public with respect.
People and fair treatment
We are committed to fair, safe, and respectful treatment of anyone who works with us or for us. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or exploitation.
We support lawful working conditions and expect the same standard from those we collaborate with.
No forced labour in our chain
We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced or compulsory labour, child labour, and human trafficking, in our own operations and in our supply and partner relationships.
As a small business, our chain is limited, but we choose suppliers and partners who we reasonably believe share these standards, and we act if we learn otherwise.
Raising concerns
If you have a concern about conduct, ethics, or any sign of exploitation connected to our work, tell us at [email protected]. We take such reports seriously.
We review this statement periodically and update it as our business and obligations develop.
